vox Arabica, Σίμωρ in Hesychio, notat martis Zibellinae in Parchia genus. Ita enim Hesych. Σίμωρ παρὰ Πάρθοις καλεῖται τι μυὸς ἀγρίου εἶδος, οὗ ταῖς δοραῖς χρῶνται, προς χιτῶνας, Simor apud Parthos vocatur quaedam agrestis muris species, cuius pelles cedunt in vestium usum.
